We just got back from the trip. I wanted to tell you the air was good. The hotel was wonderful, the best we have ever stayed at in Europe. I just wanted you to know what a nice job you did for us. I have referred you to my sister Debra for her travel needs. Will let you know when we plan another trip.

Who was your Travel Expert? Ann
How were your accommodations? Okay. For some reason, we had handicap access bathrooms.
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation? Yes. Absolutely loved our driver Bob. Nice place for lunch on way to Loch Lomond.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy? Ben Lomond hike was perfect. Parents enjoyed tour on lake.
What was your favorite part of the trip? Ben Lomond Hike and subsequent dinner at Lomond Arms

How were your accommodations? Great. Buswells in Dublin great location, charming interior. Rooms good size. People were nice. The Laurels B&B in Kilkenny was OK, a little small for our group of five. People were very nice Actons Hotel in Kinsale was everyone’s favorite. Incredibly spacious and beautiful Park House in Galway was very good too; great location; again, great service.
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation? Yes. Aer Lingus comfortable and smooth; Great service. Transfer from airport smooth and driver was very nice Kennedy Coaches outstanding. Our driver Kenny O’Flaherty was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He was always ready for us; waited patiently. He showed us areas we never would have known about. One time sprinted out of the bus to reserve a table for us at a pub ahead of bigger coach bus. We all loved Kenny.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy? Wicklow Mountains and Powerscourt Tour outstanding; driver was friendly, informative. In Dublin really impressed with Book of Kells, Kilmainham jail and Glasnevin Cemetery. Others that were top-notch were Rock of Cashel, Kilkenny Castle, Hook Peninsula, Dunbrody Famine Ship (Extra good), Waterford Crystal (despite weird intro video), Titanic experience in Cobh. Kinsale was wonderful, we would not have gone except Ann recommending it. She wanted us to spend more time there and I mistakenly insisted on going to Cork City. Really wish we had spent more time there. Cliffs of Moher and the Burren were haunting; a great example of things being better in person than in photos. Kylemore Abbey was magnificent. Cong a little disappointing to a Quiet Man fan (museum was closed). The tour itself was good but the tour guide was just a bad stand-up act (just bad luck for us). I want to thank Ann for getting us tickets to the Abbey Theater (great show) and the Christy Moore concert (unforgettable)
What was your favorite part of the trip?Impossible to pick. All of it.
Would you travel with us again? Yes. We have no complaints. Ann was incredibly patience and responsive to all our requests.
Any other questions or comments? Looking forward to returning with Ann’s help. This time she can insist that I do things her way (kidding!!!)

How were your accommodations? Subpar. Our entire group was happy with all of Ann’s recommendations for accommodations!
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation? Yes. Having Ann as our personal tour guide! Ann took care of every detail ….she is amazing! Our trip could not have been better thanks to her professionalism, expertise, attention to details and of course her knowledge of Ireland. Looking forward to planning our next trip with Ann 🙂

What was your favorite part of the trip? Honestly, I don’t think I can pick a favorite … everything was great. Having Ann with us to guide us through the entire trip was such a stress relief. We were treated like Kings and Queens 🙂
Would you travel with us again? Yes. This may not be something you can control. But, it would have been nice if we could have all been placed closer together in the hotels we stayed at. We were all over the place and were unaware of where everyone was. As you know, some of the hotels we stayed at were very large and spread out. Having now traveled in a large group I know now that it is also my responsibility to communicate the need to be closer to someone else.

Hello Ann,
We are ready to move to Scotland! We had the time of our lives. Drove the whole 500 mile tour, and on the left side of the road. Every person we met was very friendly and pleasant, and the weather was perfect!
Everything, and I do mean everything, you set up for us, was outstanding.
The train, the car, pick ups and drop offs at the airport, the B & B’s, the Jury Hotel, your maps, everything was spot on.
(The only hitch was at Pennyland B & B. We arrived around 2:30, and their check-in time was 4:00 rather than 3:00. But it wasn’t a problem, we went and had lunch.)
Working with you was a delight, and we will be calling you again when we are ready to take another trip.

Who was your Travel Expert? Ann
How were your accommodations? Great. We loved the variety of accommodations. Our favorite was the Lyrath Estate. The rooms were fantastic, the grounds were beautiful, and the food was delicious. We received our bottle of champagne for our anniversary and we loved it! The uniqueness of each property was amazing!
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation? Yes. Flights were without delay and we had a great rental car. We did not spend very much on fuel at all.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy? We enjoyed the Connemara & Cong Village Tour and the drive through the Dingle Peninsula. The scenery was breathtaking. I have never been so mesmerized by such natural beauty.
What was your favorite part of the trip? The scenery of the Wild Atlantic Way. There is nothing more beautiful than the west of Ireland.
Would you travel with us again? Yes. I do not have a single negative thing to say. The agency has been fantastic and this was the best vacation we have been on to date.
