Great – All the accommodations were great. We really loved the Spencer Hotel and Tivoli hotel.
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?
Yes – We had family in Ireland who commented on how they couldn’t believe that we were able to get a Skoda which fit all our luggage. Thank you for getting us an appropriate sized car.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy?
The Ring of Kerry and seeing the Skelling Islands. My boys got to drive the boat which made them very happy.
What was your favorite part of the trip?
For me it was being able to visit the country my Grandmother and extended family members are from with my husband and boys. I would say the Skelling Island board tour was one of the highlights. We arrived early and that gave us a chance to walk up to Bray Tower which gave the best view of the area! The whole Ring of Kerry was amazing and a great day.
Would you travel with us again?
Yes!
How can we improve for next time?
If anything, an electronic copy of the travel itinerary, tickets, vouchers, etc., would have been great as a back up. I loved having the paper copies as well, but electronic gives you the back up just in case.

My extended family were confused why we used a travel agent. Back in 2020 when the pandemic began, Crystal Travel took care of all the flights for a client of mine. It was then that I learned the value of a travel agent. I had all the issues I had to handle at that time and to know that Crystal was handling the cancelation of flights was a relief. Even with best made plans, flights get canceled, world wide internet outages, etc. Having Crystal ready to handle any issues and answer questions allowed me to enjoy my vacation. That is the value of using a travel agent.
Crystal Travel has the knowledge to help plan a trip to Ireland. I have been to Ireland before but this was the first time I was taking my children to see where their family comes from. I wanted them to see as much as possible and Crystal has the expertise in this area. I would have never known about the Skellig Islands, or the Viking Triangle, or of the many B&Bs that were booked for us. Crystal arranged a great trip for us!
