This morning, you will begin your day trip to Tallinn, Estonia, just a 2-hour ferry ride from Helsinki. Opt for the business class lounge to enjoy a relaxing journey with stunning views.
Upon arriving in Tallinn, step back in time with a visit to the beautifully preserved town walls, built in 1265 and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once just five meters tall, these walls were strengthened over the centuries, and they still surround the charming old town. From there, stroll through the atmospheric St. Catherine’s Passage, a narrow lane lined with quaint shops and cozy cafés housed in historic buildings, evoking the spirit of medieval Tallinn. As you explore, take time to admire the beautiful cathedrals scattered throughout the city—each with its own story to tell.
To round out your visit, stop by the KGB Museum inside Hotel Viru, where secret offices operated during the USSR era. There is no need for breakfast this morning as you start your day off with a walking food tour of Helsinki. You will make 9 stops along the way while passing by some of Helsinki’s most popular attractions that you can stop and admire. Although a walking tour, the pace is quite gentle but good, comfortable sneakers are recommended.
Contrary to popular belief, there is much more to Finnish food than just herring! It’s just one (possible) taste out of many. Our fish stop likes to ensure that everybody gets to see the best of Finnish fish tastes! Afterward, unwind and savor your final evening in Helsinki, soaking in the charm of Finland’s vibrant capital one last time.
Your Finnish adventure concludes with a final breakfast. Following your meal, a complimentary transfer will take you to the airport for your onward journey.
