In 2023, Donna contacted Crystal Travel with the goal of organizing a trip to Ireland for herself and a small group of friends. Ann responded promptly, and after a quick phone call, proposing a 10-day private tour featuring a luxury vehicle and driver-guide. This itinerary was carefully crafted to maximize their experience of Ireland while ensuring a leisurely pace and relaxing getaway for the group. As the proposal covered all of Donna’s preferences, the group swiftly finalized their booking and embarked on their trip in September of this year.

How were your accommodations?
Great – The Parker House we were within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Cahernane House had beautiful grounds and we could see deer outside our window. In Acton’s Hotel, we had a harbor view room and were within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?
Yes – Our driver Liam was so much fun and had great stories. He took us to great pubs and made our dinner reservations at restaurants he recommended. He was very knowledgeable and we all enjoyed his company. If we were go back to Ireland, we would ask for Liam to be our driver.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy?
All of them! Killary Sheep farm. We were amazed how the owner Tom worked with his dog and commands from 300 ft., Ashford Castle had gorgeous grounds and the tea was amazing and at the Cliffs of Moher, we had a beautiful sunny day. Dingle Peninsula we all loved and our Driver Liam was from there (so much history), Ring of Kerry was beautiful, Kinsale Food Tour was wonderful and our guide was great, Titanic Walking Tour was wonderful and our guide had great stories.
What was your favorite part of the trip?
The entire trip was our favorite part. Out of six people none of us could pick out one favorite part of the trip. Ann O’Brien did an amazing job with all the accusations and the tours. We were not disappointed!
