Previously traveling with Crystal Travel back in 2022, Jerry knew his family would be in good hands for their 2024 Christmas vacation. He reached out to plan a ski getaway to Switzerland, requesting a mix of skiing and non-ski excursions to suit everyone. Great – Panorama – access to bus stop to get to gondola. Didn’t love how far it was from downtown zermatt. Felix – top notch.
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?
Yes – Zermatt skiiing was tops. Lift system was so superior to US mountains. Scenery was breathtaking. Unfortunately we were sick by time we got to zurich for the last 30 hours so didn’t get to do as much as we could have.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy?
Zermatt was simply stunning. We would have liked it if Crystal Travel had been able to arrange a Lindt factory tour for us when we got to zurich. We tried, but they were all sold out.
What was your favorite part of the trip?
Skiing Zermatt – the scenery at top of alps.

How can we improve for next time?
Consider booking more side tours for the client. Spell out more local things to do in a place like Zurich. We did Poly Bahn, walked Berhofstrasse road, and ate at a couple local restaurants.
