We’re back from our trip and words can’t express what a wonderful time we had in Ireland. I absolutely loved every minute of my time there. The itinerary you prepared for us was fabulous. We covered a lot of ground from Galway to Connemara, Inis Mor, the Cliffs of Moher, Blarney Castle, Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. Each of the B&Bs and boutique hotels were fantastic and we were well fed and taken care of. And, of course, shopping was fantastic … we bought ourselves handmade Aran sweaters and blankets and lots of cute mementos at each stop.
The only feedback I’d have is that, according to the itinerary, it should have taken us 4 hours from Galway to Baltimore with a stop for lunch in Doolin and a stop at the Cliffs of Moher. It actually took close to 6 hours without stopping for lunch so much of the drive from the cliffs to Rathmore House (4+ hours) was in the dark on many narrow country roads (they changed the clocks back an hour when we arrived). So, that was unexpected and a little rough, to be honest.
