How were your accommodations?
Great! The location of the Park House hotels was perfect…in town and in the midst of everything! Walking distance to shopping and dining.The Actons Hotel location was amazing with the view of the harbor and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! The rooms were quaint and lovely. Thank you for the chocolates upon our arrival – that was unexpected and thoughtful!
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?
Yes. Not having to drive and worry about the stress of where to go and how to get there. And having Nigel as our driver was really great – he’s so nice and knowledgeable about the areas and local landmarks. It was awesome to just get in and go! And the van we had was perfect for our group-plenty of room and the table inside was great for our daughter to do some homework and reading while driving to and from locations.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy?
Tea at the Ashford House was such a great experience for our daughters and Nana. The teas and food was so good!Kylemore Abbey was gorgeous and made the perfect background for family pictures.Cliffs of Moher did not disappoint! The weather was great that day and hardly anyone was there, so no traffic or waiting in lines!
What was your favorite part of the trip?
Too many to name, but tea at Ashford Castle was quite special. We had the round table to ourselves and felt like we were royalty.Kinsale was one of our favorite towns-so glad we had a chance to stay there and walk around exploring. Plus we went to Charles Fort which was quite beautiful.

Yes!
How can we improve for next time?
It would be nice to have a more detailed description of the activities…like if it’s best to do guided or non-guided, how long it takes for the tours and what can be expected during and after the tours.
