Great- first time staying at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis. Very nice. Highly recommend.
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?
Yes – Hertz, Shannon was excellent. Fast, friendly service. Car was ready at arrival. Easy return. No problems. No surprises. Aer Lingus is my preferred airline choice when flying to Europe for its service and price.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy?
The main purpose of our trip was the Connemara Half-Marathon. Fun race and well organized. We also visited family.
What was your favorite part of the trip?
Visiting family, the Connemara Half-Marathon, Clifden and its pubs and friendly people, Kylemore Abbey, Galway City, trad Irish music.
