How were your accommodations?
Great. Each Hotel was centrally located. Breakfast included every day and it was a full breakfast selection. Rooms were very clean Check in very easy Staff was excellent.
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?
Yes. Paudie our driver WAS THE BEST !!! He was punctual very safe driver Paudie was knowledgeable and very informative We absolutely loved traveling with him He went above and beyond in pointing out the must sees and his preparing us for what to expect at the attractions (restrooms gift shops etc.)was more than helpful for us The vehicle was large and comfortable for the 7 of us. He handled all of our luggage and always asked how we were doing and if he could do anything (stop for restrooms grab a pint have a sandwich) when we go back I would definitely request him. Flight was comfortable on time and so friendly. Checkin was so pleasant I would definitely fly Aer Lingus again.

What was your favorite part of the trip?
I can say without hesitation the entire trip was memorable and really can’t single anything out however the time spent with Paudie driving between cities and to and from attractions was one of our favorite parts we learned so much about the Country and the Culture

How can we improve for next time?
Well Ann was perfect for our group so I’m not sure what we would say needed improvement Ann was so patient and kind answering our questions and adjusting the trip and she did it with a smile and NEVER made us feel like a bother. Her attention to detail and most importantly it was the detail she gathered from our conversations and discussion and turned our “I’m not sure what we want see” into our most memorable vacation ever Ann listened and put all the pieces together for us Ann is a gem and a perfect representative of Crystal Travel. We have and will continue to recommend Crystal Travel and Ann specifically.
